tuan tuan brasserie

they say tuan tuan's pork buns are better than tim ho wan's i disagree!!! seriously? i cannot fathom why they say it as such. the filling is too sweet and there's just not enough character. the broth of the noodles are good. i wanted to try the ox tongue it was a bit chewy though i had dental bands during that time i still think it was a bit tough.
