having been to belgium completely ruined waffles for me. i fell in love with liege waffles. this is not your typical crispy or eggy waffle. it's more like a brioche type of "bread". luckily wafflemeister opened in kl and it's the closest thing i can get. request that the waffles be really hot because it makes a huge difference :).
